Description

The lands consist of one large field having access off the Newgarden Road. The field has an overall area of approx. 2.9433 hectares being 7.2727 acres held in Folio LK 8902F. The lands would be described as being of fair to reasonable quality with a portion being water logged. There are a number of ESB poles on the lands and one open drain. The lands slope gently from the entrance gate side towards the neighbouring Clareville Water Works boundary. A right-of-way in favour of Limerick City and County Council was registered on the subject land on the 19th March 2002. There is a Section 47 Agreement in place between the owner of this land and Limerick City and County Council Planning Authority which states that the owner or any successive owner of this land undertakes not to provide or seek to provide any residential development on this field.
