The property is situated at Woodcock Hill, Cratloe, Co. Care.
From Limerick City take the N18 Road to Shannon/Ennis/Galway via the Limerick Tunnel and continue to junction no. 5 for the overpass to Sixmilebridge. Continue over the overpass and take left route (R462) into Cratloe Village as far as the sign for Cratloe Woods. Turn right up the L3038 and continue to the junction with the stone landmark for Gallowshill - keep right here for approx. 700m and there is a slip-road on the left hand side leading to Woodcock Hill. The tower is within the first compound up this road. For Sale sign erected.
